Not a question but I have gotten 3 treasure chest in the past few days and did not get them. Why

Can you please tell me which game you are talking about?
Is it Farm Heroes OR Diamond Diaries OR is it Dach's Mistery Chest?
If it is any of these games, we will have to collect a key to open those Chests. And if we fail to collect the key within a specific time, the Chest disappears, but comes back again.
If it is Candy Friends game, you will the chest box icon in the top right corner of the game map screen.
Once you confirm the game, I can give you more details.
