Now that the bug is fixed can you help me with gift at portal again. They only open if there's a paint can. Game still sends me to wrong episode. And the graphics are messed up.

I understood that you are not able to collect the prizes at the end of the episode! What is happening with "graphics"? And what is happening with the "paint can"?

You know that I always ask for more details 😅

Gift at portal only opens if there's a paint can. When game goes to next episode it looks like this

And my stars don't show. I used to go to lower levels when I need stars for an event . When I can't pass the level I'm on. Can't do that now because I don't know which levels don't have 3 stars

The Friends Community Manager has talk to the tech team, and this is what you are suggested to do...

Force close the App -- Clear Cache/cookies -- Restart the device. If this did not work, then go with below step...

Take a picture of your Lollipop boosters -- Delete the App -- Clear Cache/cookies -- Restart your device after 2-3 minutes -- Reinstall the App --- this should definitely solve the issue 👍️
