I recieved an email with gold bars. I didn't receive them

@katincoker43 Picture is for candy crush soda so you would be better off posting in that area and are you sure you have checked the soda game

Hello @katincoker43 - then you need to go to Player Support and let them know. They are the only ones who can provide the gold bars for you. Check this link here for help on how to contact them: purchase issue page. I know you didn't actually 'purchase' the bars - but it still applies to your situation.

Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.
