The game lags horribly on a supposedly high end processor

Hello there, I have been really enjoying this game on my iPad but on my Android phone which has a Snapdragon 845 processor which is from my knowledge a high end processor the game lags every time I match a candy, the candies fall laggy. However the level selection page isn't laggy at all. Any idea why does this happen? I tried clearing cache as the guide suggested and reinstalling the app. Please help...

@liraz747 have you checked you internet speed do you have a good connection, only reason i could think you may get the lag

My internet speed is pretty high right now, 126 Mbps after doing a speed test. Maybe this is a bug?

Unfortunately, the Support Team cannot help with this particular issue as it has to do with game. They can only take care of “Purchase issues” and “missing reward issues”.

Any issues with the game play, etc., we have to go to the Game team 😊.
