Why is level 1056 nonresponsive in candy crush friends?

Level 1

I had to quit level 1056 of this game because it wouldn't allow me to move any of the puzzle pieces, with the exception of using power ups. I've never encountered an error like that, and I thought that you may want to be aware in case other users were experiencing this problem. I'm playing on a Pixel 4, and the rest of the phone was performing as usual, I switched back and forth between apps while this error persisted, hoping it would clear up on its own. I even took my phone case off to be sure that it wasn't touching the screen and preventing input. It worked fine after i restarted the level without quitting the app completely. Any chance I can get any game goodies for having to abort a game during a win streak?

    Hi and a sweet welcome to Candy Crush Friends Saga. It's been quite a while since I played level 1056, but don't remember any problems that far back. I have however gone through the same experience in the 1400's, two - three times, different levels and have not had a problem since. It would just freeze up after being there for a minute or so, had to close it out and when I went back in, everything was fine. Every case could be for one of several reasons, a glitch in the program, not enough memory...the game requires 2GB of memory, interruption of Internet, device auto-updating, or device needs the current update for the game to work properly. If this happens again, also try restarting or rebooting your device. Since this happened to me I try to keep up with the current updates and as I said I have not had any problems since.

    I'm not that tech savvy so to address this further and to answer your question about any reimbursement I will tag the CM to help you.πŸ€— Hope everything is fine from now on and good luck to you. πŸ™‚
