Why did I not get credit for finishing a level?

I am very sorry to hear about the issue in your game!
Unfortunately, King team will not be able to help you with this issue and/or move you to the next level! Your winning of the level did not get registered because your game froze after the last move!
I am not sure why it happens but, this glitch is not from game side, but from our devices only. So, whenever this happens, we must replay the level to register the win and carry on!
Please keep clearing Cache / cookies from your device regularly, also make sure that there is 2 GB free space on your device memory, and the game has latest updated version installed -- all these prevent our game from freezing.
I completely understand that my answer won't satisfy you! And I also know that, this is not ideal, but it is what we have to accept as players ο»Ώπ

I am doing this challenge now and passed 2 of these levels and did not get credit for either of them.

The issue with the "Dunk the Cookies" challenge was fixed by the Candy Friends Studio ποΈ
So. now you must be seeing that the Cookie achievements are recording properly π
