I have te same problem! I was on Level 975 and now It get me back on Level one!!! Hi Lea1985- Please try again to connect your game to your account, please let me know if you are still facing a problem :-)

They've told me a couple of weeks. You can play by logging into your king account in the meantime to carry on and not lose your progress. When they've fixed the problem, facebook will sync your progress. Thanks SamJane!

Hi I cannot find an envelope in the top right hand corner off my screen? I have resent the message so the envelope should flash again, please let me know if you can see it now :-)

Will this work even if I was not playing through Facebook until after it happened? Hi Janna- If connecting to Facebook has caused this problem, it should work. Do let me know how you get on though, and if the problem persists. Thanks!
