Hi @Jerry please let me know roughly what date and time you think you lost these Gold Bars. You should never ever lose Gold Bars so want to check what happened :-) Thanks @Elsa

Hey thanks @Laura we are magical indeed @Leonie the account which is linked to King Care actually only shows level 17. Do you have more than one account? If i can find your account, I would be happy to readd the items after you reinstall :-)
