I was on the level 1540 had nearly completed it I had 15 moves left with 6 squares to fill with jelly when the game went off and I had no lives left then so have had to wait 20 minutes for a life to come and I had just won two boosters the round one which sends loads of the colours that u need fire up into the start of the…

Ok thanks unfortunately I can’t open the game to get the support 

I had done the maximum level before the recent update please see attached I load the game the game loads but then the screen goes black see photos attached 

Well I guess I’m owed 20 lives at least so I hope we get these lost lives back 

I think it’s been reported 

I’ve read somewhere on here that it is a problem for most people and it has been reported 

It’s only started happening since I put the new update on no software update to do 

Candy Crush friends I did and update today and at the end if u run out of moves u watch a video and you get two extra moves but it ticks to say two moves available but stays on zero also if u got no lives left u can watch a video it gives u an extra life again it ticks but the life disappears

No luck still the new profile comes up or my sons fb account lol cannot access my old account
