I have not seen or heard of this error message before, but have you tried all of the usual troubleshooting? Clearing the cache, updating the java and testing another browser? King also made a video to help with any loading issues with their games on Facebook, I think it could help you too.…

This is an unusual error message. Have you tried all of the usual troubleshooting steps? Clearing the cache, making sure the Java is up to date and trying to play on another browser. Also King have made a video which is to help with loading issues on Facebook, it may help you too.…
