That's a good question and support won't give an answer! It's not your phone it's an issue on their end... EVERYONE thinks they should compensate players for loss of prizes but support seams to care less! Everyone started having problems right after they started the Khloe Kardashian theme.... Don't waist your time…

Yes it is! However,,, the chocolate box is a part of the game that helps you along the way...SO...if they can't get it FIXED then they should do away with it and do something else!! They do "owe" us something.. a game that works properly... DUH
