That's a good question and support won't give an answer! It's not your phone it's an issue on their end... EVERYONE thinks they should compensate players for loss of prizes but support seams to care less! Everyone started having problems right after they started the Khloe Kardashian theme.... Don't waist your time contacting support.. everyone has been there, done that!

Not fair - I beat the best chocolate box and now I’m getting a server error and it won’t give me my prize 😭😭😭😭

I hear ya! EVERYONE is having that problem! For almost a month but the tech people could care less! No compensation for lost prizes and no fix! If they're going to let it be like that then they should just do away with it! At least that way players won't have to be reminded that they're missing out in special candies every time they win a game!!! RIDICULOUS!!

I had the same problem with the chocolat box. I openend in candy crush settings click the red choices button. Choose log out and log in again. That solved the problem for me..

No help at all, logged out and now won’t let me log back in, was on levels over 5000 and now back at the beginning!

And all if this due to support not caring!!! They should just do away w the candy box and start something new!!!!
