What do you normally get? Is your game connected to wi-fi and sync'd up with facebook?

I've seen this before and I think it was when you have 2 flash players installed. Flash shockwave and the normal player I think. Basically they are conflicting with each other so check it, and disable one of them. See if this works.

Did you buy the boosters or were they from promotions, the booster wheel etc? I remember reading that free boosters are not compensated for if they disappear. If you purchased them however, then the restore purchases, should work.

You need to read the little pop-up that appears at the end of the level. This will tell you why you didn't pass it. This way you will know and you can avoid it the next time :)

What do you have? It might be worth checking if its compatible. You can find a list here: http://candycrushsaga.com/help/en It might also be a memory issue. If your phone is full it will struggle to load the app.

This used to happen to me quite a lot. I saw some basic tricks that helped me out. I changed to Chrome, this works well for me. I cleared out my cache and I closed all the tabs I had open. Try this, I do it now on a regular basis and I never have any loading issues.

If you're struggling then take some time out. The game isn't meant to be enjoyed so if its not happening for you come back after some time out when you feel better.
