other players have getting 35 moves to clear the level 1086 in candy crush saga while i'm getting only 25 moves.. why...?
It's normal. I mean now and then King update and change their levels. I always go to youtube and search by the most recent videos to make sure there's no issue. Look, everyone has 25 moves on this level now:

I logged out and then logged in again in the game but after logging in all the lives which I received from my friends have been disappeared also when I am clicking on that envelope icon to see lives it's not opening anything
