I am unable to get an internet connection in Candy Crush Soda. This has been happening for 5 or 6 days and I am unable to use any purchases I have made. Support is not helpful.

I am unable to send or ask for lives due to a glitch in the game which King says is on Facebook’s end but also unable to send or ask for lives when logged in on my King account 

The exact same thing happens when I try to ask for or send lives! Customer service is HORRIBLE, they give you the same answer every time saying we are aware of the problem and are trying to fix it. Come on, you can’t fix this problem but you sure make sure the options to pay to play, which I refuse to do, works fine! 

I refuse to buy anything until they get the ask for lives glitch fixed
