Customer/Tech Support Is Horrible
I have been unable to send or ask for lives since I started playing this game 2 weeks ago. Customer service/Tech Support is a joke! I have notified them of the problem several times and they give you the same answer every time saying we are aware of the problem and are trying to fix it. Come on, you can’t fix this problem but you sure make sure the options to pay to play works fine, you make sure you can get our money but not be able to use the ask for lives feature, I refuse to pay to play until this is fixed!!

Hi @copsrule thanks for posting. I understand your frustration. It's a common issue these days for King games. It seems there is a problem with Facebook and they said they are working on it. So it's not up to King. One option is to wait for Facebook to resolve this and the other option I would highly recommend is to connect your game with King account. I did that and I am receiving and sending lives without any problems. I hope this will be helpful for you. Keep crushing 🍭2

@copsrule I am too and I had problems in the beginning because game was still very fresh and new but now I receive/send lives regularly.1
