@Elsa On those few snowy Halloween days we'd just put Halloween makeup on our face and either wear wigs or fix our hair (till our ears got cold and we put our hats on) or masks ( rubber masks at this time) and go out decked out in our winter gear.
@ Elsa and @Keke98 I was born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago Illinois . Snow never slowed us. We'd Trick or Treat in the snow, like it was a normal day. When we got old enough, all of the kids on the block would go in a group unsupervised ( back then it was ok to ) and stay out late snow or not. We'd have to useβ¦
