Yeah, contacting them is a no-go. They just keep sending me form emails sending me back to here. You send me there, they send me here. Useless. Thanks for your time in trying to help me anyways.

Thank you both for your suggestions, but I tried them and it still isn't working. Now my account will sync to level 3. I triple and quadruple checked that I'm logging into both my phone and account with the same info because it just doesn't seem right.
