I am in the 9000 levels and the game keeps taking away my help. What is the idea of not having any help. I get almost the end of a game and I lose, because something happens and I lose the level. I would like to know why this is happening, I would like to move up levels like everybody else.

game does not play all lives given
when I accept 5 lives sent to me, why does it only play 3 or 4 games before I have to ask for lives again, the game never allows all lives sent & accepted to be played, also a lot of the so called win prizes are not allocated to my games, very frustrating
