Why was I charged for credits I couldn't purchase?
I tried to buy lives, but received an error message that purchases were not working. My card was charged for $1.99 x 2 for zero purchases.

Update gone wrong?
I'm currently on level 1427 and decided to update. Previously I could play logged into FB or log out (where I could ask random people for lives). Since updating I have the option to log out, but it says it will reset to level 1! Does anyone know how I can log out of FB without losing progress? I won't play logged in.

Lost everything with your game
I NEVER got my game fixed so i had to hit the reset button. After being at 1365 I'm back to square one. All that work down the drain because you never fixed window 10 and I couldn't get my messages or get back on Facebook. I want my game back if you can't reset me, please tell me how I can permanently delete your game off…
