Hi @skiigyrl and @rpglegal, I wonder why these messages got lost because I am just seeing this now. Do you guys still need help with this. Always keep in mind that if you have this issue or anything similar the best thing to do is to try some troubleshooting by clearing out the history and making sure that you have the most recent version of the game. This level is freezing for me as well on both Apple and Android. I clear the first screen, and when the second screen is cleared the game freezes.

Hi, that particular level was sticking at the same spot each time. I would have to start the same level several times. I happened to catch it on a good day and completed it. Thank you for your assistance!!

Hi alistar15mom, I'm not sure what you are saying. Are you saying that when you open the game it opens at a lower level? Please give me further information so that I can offer you further direction.
