message saying 'param filters must be an array'

I am unable to connect with facebook on Jelly  and keeps coming up with the message 'param filters must be an array'.  Are you able to advise what i can do to change this?  Thanks,

Hi @Supersal, I never saw that before?  Where are you playing the game - mobile or computer?  I am going to ask you to do some troubleshooting to see if it clears up.  First clear out the history and then click on one of the links below that relates to where you are playing the game.

Are you not able to get into the game at all?  Have you ever thought about playing the game through the Kingdom instead of Facebook?  I prefer the Kingdom because playing through Facebook there are too many glitches.  Here is a link on how to create a Kingdom account.

If you can get me a print screen of the message, I can try to follow it up with the community manager.  First try the troubleshooting and let me know if that resolves the problem.

Hi, I am playing this on my computer with windows 10 and can play the game fine, it just won't connect with facebook.  The
message is when i try to connect with Facebook as below.  I have cleared the history and has made no difference.    Thanks Sally

Try the Kingdom and see if you have better luck.  I will keep my eyes open here in the next few days to see if anyone else is getting that error message.
