Candy Crush Jelly Level 2275 is stuck after level completion and cannot move to the next level. After cracking all the frosts, the 2 pufflers in the top right hand corner are not released. See attached image. This is a bug. I am playing in Facebook under Windows 7/Chrome. Pls fix. Many thanks...

Dear Elsa, have tried the usual troubleshooting, including different browsers, update browser, clear cache and restart PC etc. No luck. SAME PROBLEM. BTW, it seems the bug is: need to release 10 pufflers, but the 2 pufflers on the upper right hand corner somehow not counted at all by the app...Pls help.

Apologies for not getting to you earlier. We will let the studio know about this issue, although it seems like a bug that is quite specific, it will be investigated.
In the meanwhile, if you wish to be moved to the next level, please let me know and I can make it happen (along with a compensation for the issues caused because of this).
I'll be looking forward to your reply and I apologise again for the late reply.
Cheers,
Xarly
