I lost my game progress

 I've been through the 1380s, and when I wanted to save the stage by connecting to Facebook, I went from the first stage.  It will not return to the 1380 stage.  What should I do?

Hi @ferni1981 - welcome to our friendly community. Sorry to here you’ve had this issue. Did you have your game synced thru either FB or King with an email? If so progress is stored thru both locations if you’ve registered it.

Hi guys, I would like to add to what @Foley1362 wrote above.  If your progress is lost, we can get it back for you.  First you have to get your user ID # by following the steps on here:

Once you have the number, please complete the contact form from this link:  https://soporto.king.com/contact

They can manually go into your account and get your progress back.  You will get an email with a ticket number on it.  Please make sure to use this topic and subtopic when completing the contact form.
