Thank you all. I don’t play it through Facebook. I originally downloaded through the App Store a long time ago.

I went in and logged in through King and it’s still won’t open. Down the bottom it says invalid Crfs token. Not sure what that means

Hi @lisaandscott!

You need to reinstall the game app. 

It usually fixes most issues and note that any progress on the mobile device that has not been synchronized with Facebook/ King account at this stage will be lost.

However, all the progress that is currently saved on Facebook/King account can easily be retrieved, once you have reconnected the device successfully. Regrettably, you will lose any saved boosters and messages.

Thanks all. I reinstalled app and did lose my progress. I did sign up with King before I did this but because it didn’t load the game, it didn’t work. Thanks all

@lisaandscott, you've got a new account by the looks of it, which level are you supposed to be on so I can manually restore your game? 

By the way, did the crashing issue stop?

I'm having this same problem in my Android.
I've uninstalled/reinstalled several times to no avail. 😔

Two days ago I clicked the icon to play.. Orange King screen came up, loading pufflers, spreading jelly and what not then it just went away.
I had something similar happen with candy crush a month or so ago so I checked for updates with the app as well as my system (which seemed to be the problem then). No updates needed.
Checked my storage. At %71
Uninstalled/reinstall
No difference
