Different number levels on the game board!

Hi everyone,

Im new in the community. I decided to write because I saw something new in the level list in the candy crash jelly. I ve shared a picture of two different screens. As you can see there are a level between levels with number 9. If I have 2 of this levels in the same screen, one of them have a different colour. Ive tried to entry in them but nothing happend.What are those levels for? I wrote to @Elsa and @Chicken_Slayer. They suggested me writing here with copy to @QueenB. If you could sort out the mistery... 🙏 Its curiosity!!

Uuu, one more thing, can I have the make, model and version of your device as well as the game app version installed?

1) Make and model number of your device. Also, the current OS you have. You can find this in Settings>General>About.

2) The version of the game app you have. You can find this in the App Store, under My Apps, search for the game and select more information.

So it looks like it's a bug however don't worry as the Studio is looking in to it now and it shouldn't affect your game play.

If it does however, let me know so I can provide the Studio with the insights.

@QueenB, my game is doing the same thing. I have contacted King support and they are looking into it.

As for your issue, I see it for the first time honestly. Can you tell me which device and OS are you using for playing this game? Do you have more than 2GB of free memory? Which version of game do you have? 
Check if your game is up to date and clear the game cache. Sometimes those simple steps can solve a lot of issues.
