My Game not working correctly.

I reached Nightmare level 5500, with the owl etc. a few days ago. Using all my aids, I finally beat the level yesterday, and went to the next level, after I beat that level, it came up with a button NEXT, I clicked that button and went back to 5500, or possibly it moved ahead but the level did not move. I'm not sure what is wrong with the game. The owl is gone in 5500 but I had to beat the level again. Just now I beat the level and I have a different game, but it indicates I'm still on level 5500, it's like the game is not moving me forward. Most of these levels are difficult, with very little ways to get aids, and now after the mess up, I have used all my aids, and don't want to continue playing unless I can proceed to level 5501. Please look into a glitch in the game, let me know when it's been corrected... And give me my rewards back.

Hi @King/Queen Iām guessing you are talking about candy crush saga and not CCJellySaga and Iām guessing that your app needs updating, Iām sorry to contradict @siti_payung but uninstalling is always the very last resort as you will lose any boosters and lives you have saved.
