Yeah I haven't been on, but I did write you a reply the last time I was and unfortunately found it in my drafts file. I have had issues with internet so it might have been why.
I will also tag @LadyRaffie and she can pass the feedback on for you.
As Sharon said, we are only players despite titles and while we can help, we are not oblligated to be on at all times. I try to get on when I can but we have several birthdays this week and I have a family too, so can't be on here as much as I would like. Plus its Easter, so the CMs won't be on until tomorrow at the earliest. Apologies again.
