Why did I not receive the color bomb lollipop from the Marvelous Mix purchase?

Why is it, that when I buy either a $29.99 Marvelous Mix package or $14.99 Lavish Lollypile I never receive the color bomb lollipop that goes with the package? I received everything else in the package but this. This has happened on two other occasions. This is starting to get quite frustrating. I feel like I'm pissing my money down the drain, because I'm truly not getting what I purchased. I have asked before if this is some kinda of glitch. I purchased this whilst playing on Facebook.

I am kindly asking for compensation of just having the color bomb lollipop appear. After all, that is supposed to be in the purchase.

If it's still not worked, You can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with purchase" and then "Purchase items are not received" and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (but use Game ID with phone as well and How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.

I'm sorry this happened, it might very well be a glitch. This community forum doesn't deal with purchases though as they contain sentitive infos so you may ask customer care for compensation of the item you didn't receive.

Since you purchased through facebook use this link, then select the purchase and click on Dispute.

Should you have further questions about your purchase then drop a message here

Please remember to use the email address associated with your Facebook account when filling the contact details so customer care can locate you faster.
