Very sorry about this issue. Connection error is very complex and unfortunately only solution for this as mentioned by freddy is reinstallation. Please note that you will lose your boosters and lives. Again sorry about it.

If you want to try uninstall and install steps, you have your gold bars are saved/transfered but all of the boosters have lost and some events will be reset and gone.

@caiou Hi and welcome, The error message you are receiving is a known problem, Unfortunately at present the only fix for this is to uninstall and reinstall you game, but you will lose any stored boosters or lives if this is a mobile device. please see post below for further information
