None of the Candy Crush games will load anymore. They get past the first "loading" screen, then just cycle forever trying to load the candies, jellies, hiding pufflers etc etc. Could you please advise what is happening as I actually enjoy playing these games. My id is 1033761667. Thanks

Welcome to the sweet King community. Please follow the steps indicated by Spinnifix. That should solve the problem. But ... you said "none of the Candy Crush games" Please can you specify in which games this is happening to you?

Please make sure that your device have sufficient storage of at least 2GB to ensure smooth updates for all gaming apps. Once you have updated the app, please play a level and check on the event tab. Some of the events may or may not be there yet.
Keep playing and hopefully it will be back on track. If you still have the connection error, please disconnect the internet from your device without exiting the game, wait for at least a min, then reconnect back to the internet, play a level and check event tab and store access.

Hi friend. I have the same issue like you, too. There is no "Play" and "My profile" button anymore. It's very frustrating. Even this game broke "Back" button. I click many times but it denies quitting. It always takes me to Mastery Rank screen. Really uncomfortable at all.
