I changed phones and lost my progress

Hi

I changed my phone and I have just lost my progress- it was fine for a couple of days and now I am back to level 32 - I was at 2300 ish - is there anyway I can get it back??

@Apple2021Apple Hi and welcome, Please check your device and game are up to date and log out and restart your device and log back in checking your account details are correct and see if this resolves your issue. As if your game was saved via a King or Facebook account your progress should be safe

Check your map and see if there are an levels ahead of this completed or if possible show us a screen shot of your map.

Otherwise you will need to get in contact with customer support regarding getting your levels manually restored
