Can’t access messages or request lives. Boosters all gone

Jelly Saga suddenly wiped all my in-game boosters and even though I AM logged in and it’s syncing across devices, I cannot access messages nor can I give or request lives from others. All boosters wiped on just iPhone after either game update or one of the recent iOS updates. Don’t seem to be able to earn any in-game boosters since update, either...no matter how many games I win on the device. Says I have two messages but nothing there.

@lovmy66 Hi and welcome, Sorry to hear you have had issues with your boosters., Unfortunately in the case of mobile devices these are stored on the device itself. So if your device or game crashes , you uninstall or even change device. Your boosters are lost / not recoverable. Unless you had any unused purchased boosters you can then contact customer support regarding these.

Please check you device and game are up to date and log out and restart your device and see if this resolves your issue

If not check Facebook settings under webs and app and make sure the game is active and notifications allowed

If this does not work there is some people that are experiencing an error with sending and receiving lives, This issue is being investigated, but we have no time frame on a fix for this at present
