Actually, there are 2 different IDs that I can not understand. One in mobile, one in Facebook.

Perhaps the Facebook number is for your Facebook game account. The mobile might be the King number which is what you need. How are you longed in on your mobile? Facebook or King? Log out of Facebook and log in with your King account. If you don't have one then create one and then look at the top where the logo is, double click, and that's your user ID #.

@Elsa actually Facebook game ID is very different on mobile, I can see the orange text "Find my ID" under game screen on web.
