Hi All,
Recently had a conversation with my son precisely about his health! He lives in another country and works in a high stress job so I always worry although he turns 29 this month!! Because he will always be my "baby" no matter what age he is, he always brings the subject of his own health to our conversation because that is my foremost worry. Happily, he had his first vaccine shot so I feel so much better because he has had a long history of asthma and I was worried that he couldn't get the vaccine safely. He also promised me that he was looking after himself by getting regular exercise. All we mothers can do at this time in point, is to get in touch frequently and just talk when time and distance separate us. To the men in our lives, be they our fathers or our sons or even our good friends.
Santรฉ (good health in French)!

And I wanna to tell my dad's death sad story to you.
My parents and I have very sad feelings as our father died on 20th April 2021 due to heart attack. ๐
He really cares about heroes like my mom as he looks after us and helps us in our real lives.
We will pray and say good thoughts and wishes for him, then we hope he will be happy to listen to us and let him go to heaven. Rest in peace and happy father's day! We miss you! We love you! Dad! ๐๐
Also Happy Men's Health Month! Everyone!
@Lady_Sarina nice theme. Men's health is important for everyone in the family. "My men" take care of their health. They take all preventive examinations at the doctor's, move within their possibilities. My father (92) takes his morning walk every morning. Gardening also helps to stay healthy and exercise in the fresh air. Laughter also keeps you healthy, that's why I chose this gif.ย
