Graphics problem

Randomly over the last month I have been having graphics issues where the background is black.

Have checked mine on Chrome and mine is also ok which says to me this may be a device issue.

Check your device and browser are up to date, log out and clear the cache from your browser. restart your device and log back in and see if this resolves your issue

Also would suggest trying a different browser to see if you get the same result or if this resolves the issue,

You could also download the windows 10 app version of the game from the Microsoft store as you get far less issues with this but will also be able to tell if issue is on chrome only for you

Only other alternative would be to contact customer support to see if they can help with your issue

Itd be great if we could have your player ID to add to the report, as this is really helpful when looking into it. Here is the steps on how to get that. :0)
