I have been having problems for a month now loading, playing, graphics with Candy Crush Jelly. I have been playing for over 3 years with no problems until now. I do not know how to Sync or upgrade my game for a 10 on FB as you told me to do. There are no directions on how to do that. I am not a computer wiz and all of this is hard for me. I want my game back. I am about at level 1800 and do not want to stop playing. I like the Jelly game the best!
