Always save game before starting any troubleshooting steps.
You can sync accounts, along with clearing you game app cache and browser. Check the game/browser and device is updated also. 2 GB minimum storage is the recommended available space.
Also check for help in this linkβ‘ under "Game crashing", as I'm not sure which device you are playing on, you'll be able to choose the one that you're using though.
