Always save game before starting any troubleshooting steps.
You can sync accounts, along with clearing you game app cache and browser. Check the game/browser and device is updated also. 2 GB minimum storage is the recommended available space.
Also check for help in this link➡ under "Game crashing", as I'm not sure which device you are playing on, you'll be able to choose the one that you're using though.
