Welcome to Jelly Community :0)

Try the basic housekeeping maintenance steps first after saving. Clear game/ browser app caches. 2GB is the recommended minimum storage so tis always good to clean up the device occasionally (even sms and photo areas) have device, apps and browsers updated and this can be done manually also. Not sure which device you are playing on but you can choose which one best suits you here.

Tis also good to sync your accounts and in Quick links you can choose options specific to your device and find help with levels also :0)

Please also read this article from the help Centre on passing levels

Once finishing these steps, turn the device off, then on again, open the app and play 1 level. Go back to the main map after playing one level and you should be good to go.
