Save your game progress first.
The try synching your accounts. The check for updates for your devise, browser and software. Clear your game app and browser cache/history.
Check device storage as 2GB minimum is recommended.
Once you've done these steps. Turn your device off then on again. Play 1 level on the map and see if it's there. :0)

If you're playing on PC/Laptop, the Arena for the RC will stay closed. It's on mobile only because of the view mode. When playing RC on mobile and you accidently turn the screen, Red Rabbit says "oops..turn your device"...that's why. It won't play in landscape mode...
Always check Quick Links in the green box for Detailed Support Issues..On that page you will find all the troubleshooting links for your specific device or topic....Like Updating Apps or Google Play Store update info...there's a link there for PC and Apple also 👍
It's always a good idea to let us know - which device you are playing on (Apple/Android? PC/ Kindle) and if you play through Facebook or Windows 10 and which troubleshooting steps you've already tried, then we can help better 😃🙌
