Tickets missing after I rank up

I am not getting my tickets for The arena when I rank up. I want the 3 tickets credited. This is unfair to me and suspicious.

Can you be more specific please about tickets? You probably mean the tickets for Royal Championship, but what "rank up" are you talking about? Is this about "Masery rank"? 😎

What tickets are you not getting? As far as I know and I play, tickets for R.C. you get only in R.C. and not in any other way!

You can get tickes in R. C. with this ways:

• 5 tickets when you enter into new event
• 1 ticket every hour as long as you participate into event
• Get tickets when you open chests
• Buy 5 tickets paying 15 Gold Bars (only if you run out of tickets)
• Buy unlimited ticket for 24 hours paying 49 Gold Bars (only if you run out of tickets)

I don't know any other way to get R.C.tickets! 😉
