Game resetting when I have 5 balloons

My wife has had issues playing on an iPhone 8 lately where the game us closing down and resetting, usually when she has 5 balloons which us incredibly frustrating. Why is this happening, can it be fixed or xould she be 'compensated' - must've happened over half a dozen times in the last qwek alone

Which balloons do you mean I'll give you the moderators and they can certainly help you better. The mobile game should be updated, please clear the cache and restart. Are you really at the right place at Candy Jelly?

Sounds like you may talking about Allen's Journey?

Always save game first. Clearing the cache, browser & checking for updates are always great housekeeping steps for device maintenance yes. Remember to turn device on and off again after doing so.
