Today, for the 3rd time a larry- monkling level stuck. Now I have to break my big streak? Wish you a bad and worst luck.

Reasonlessly my 60 level win streak was broken. I had a streak from level 2697. Now it's all broken.😔

I understand that you are frustrated because your 60 levels streak is broken!

I suppose that somehow the game was frozen, because nothing can be moved! It is probably a device memory issue!

However, you have to be polite and follow the house rules, as everybody! The studio is not responsible for any device memory issue!

Besides this, I want to ask you something else: do you had the Allen's journey feature on your 60 levels streak or not?

This is not a device/ memory issue. I can assure about that because this type of freezing never happened in any other King games.

Probably, the studio's plan/ fault.
