Not earning my gold bar in the Candy Royale game

Ok this is the second time I’ve written. Something is wrong with your candy Royale game.I have won the gold bar Candy Royale game 5 time and have not received all of my bars. It looks like I’m only receiving 31 of the 131 bars. This has happened 5 times. The last game was 5109 and the user ID is 1552272455. This is ridiculous. Please fix this and I’m kind.y requesting 500 bars for the 5 games where I didn’t receive the addition 100 bars per game. Thank you.

Hate to hear that you have problems.... But can you ge more specific please? Or add a screenshot for example? Why? Because the Royal event has not got rewards of 131 GB. And the dont have levels eiter.... 🤔
The only thing i can retract from your story is perhaps the piggy bank?

Candy Royale is not related to Royal Championship! R.C. is a part of Candy Crush Jelly Saga game!
On the other hand, Candy Royale is a side quest of the Candy Crush Saga game!
I have screenshots for you. Here is the events' page in Candy Crush Saga! You can see Candy Royale:
Tapping "play" we go to the next screen and you are right, there is a reward of 500 gbs, that finally is devided between the players who reach the goal: win 7 levels!
You have to play a level on main map:
You have to win this level and you won your first of the seven levels needed to get Gold Bars:
So, you can go to the Candy Crush Saga Support and tell your problem! The Candy moderators are going to help you!

@Xxander, sometimes the names of events or "mini games" or "side quests" tend to be similar and this is a cause of confusion! It can be happened to everyone! 😉
Also, there are new members who do not know exactly some names of game features etc, and they try to describe in their own words! This is another difficulty for us, as we try to help them and answer their questions!
When finally the question is answered, we have a good result!

Thanks to your screenshots I understood what your question is about and I can help with your question: You ask why you did not receive 500 Gold Bars and you received 34 instead, am I right?
As it is mentioned in your screenshot, you share the Jackpot with 14 other winners! So the winners are 15 (you included) and they have to share 500 Gold Bars:
500:15=33,33333........
The game gives to each player 34 Gold Bars!
Finally I have to say that your screenshots helped a lot and thank you for this! 🙂
