Not earning my gold bar in the Candy Royale game

All I can say is you continue to need to buy coins to get past sone of the levels. It just a money market. You get close to winning down yo 1 move and you lose, it constantly wants you to buy yo move on. So disappointing. I quit spending the money and stay on a screen for days or weeks! It’s ridiculous.

Thanks to your screenshots I understood what your question is about and I can help with your question: You ask why you did not receive 500 Gold Bars and you received 34 instead, am I right?

As it is mentioned in your screenshot, you share the Jackpot with 14 other winners! So the winners are 15 (you included) and they have to share 500 Gold Bars:

500:15=33,33333........

The game gives to each player 34 Gold Bars!

Finally I have to say that your screenshots helped a lot and thank you for this! 🙂

@Xxander, sometimes the names of events or "mini games" or "side quests" tend to be similar and this is a cause of confusion! It can be happened to everyone! 😉

Also, there are new members who do not know exactly some names of game features etc, and they try to describe in their own words! This is another difficulty for us, as we try to help them and answer their questions!

Ok so this is the third time I’ve written. You all wanted screen shots of the gold bars not getting getting fully loaded into my account. Here you go. I’m telling the Candy Royale part is not giving all of the bars.

On the other hand, Candy Royale is a side quest of the Candy Crush Saga game!

Tapping "play" we go to the next screen and you are right, there is a reward of 500 gbs, that finally is devided between the players who reach the goal: win 7 levels!

You have to play a level on main map:

You have to win this level and you won your first of the seven levels needed to get Gold Bars:

So, you can go to the Candy Crush Saga Support and tell your problem! The Candy moderators are going to help you!

Well, that is strange because that's been the amount the last few times I won. The only way I can get a screenshot is if I have to play again and win all those times to play Candy Royale again. It's not that easy.

Hate to hear that you have problems.... But can you ge more specific please? Or add a screenshot for example? Why? Because the Royal event has not got rewards of 131 GB. And the dont have levels eiter.... 🤔
