Hi @Tonya_Scanlon the problems also Facebook should be fixed by now. Can you please check if your privacy policy has expired?
You also had the problem in my forum Blossom Blast Saga and did not respond in this regard.
What exactly do you get error messages or what can't you do on Facebook?
this is a different proplem DieOmimi the proplem i had that i asked in blossom blast is now fixed that was cause none of the facebook games was loading that belong to king this one they load except for 1 but things are either missing like friends or the daily gift yet they all say that im offline as shown in pic
@Tonya_Scanlon which browser are you using? Sometimes it's because of that.
Please check if your browser needs an update.
Then clear the cache (in the top right corner the 3-dot menu, then Settings, Privacy and Security).
Turn off your device completely for at least a minute.
If that doesn't help, try a different browser. I use Google Crome, which works fine.

If this doesn't fix your problem, I'm afraid you'll have to uninstall and reinstall your browser. However, you will lose all boosters.
I recommend that you install your games from your device's store as an app.
@Tonya_Scanlon I'm sorry you have a permissions issue. It's a post in the help center in the HUB that should actually be accessible to everyone. Please let me talk to a manager about why there are permission issues for players. I can access it and didn't know it didn't work for you. What I can do in the meantime is a copy:
