I apologize for answering just now. It’s not the same like before that I visited the Community more often.
But I support you on this.
I am surprised that you haven’t received your lost 9 gold bars due to different issues that the game has. If they give 30 GB to other players that win a contest so easily, why not replacing your 9 GB that they stole from you? 🤔
I have experienced issues when watching the 3 adds they offer. Just to give some examples of what I was experiencing yesterday when I was close to win this Level. They gave me the option of playing the ads to win more lives and color bomb so I could be able to pass the Level but as soon as I started to do so, I got this error. If you observe and try to make sense of the problem, all they wanted is for me to lose.
This is extremely unusual that I get this in my game and this error appears only at their convenience. I am sure of that.
Then later, when I was close to win the race, my game froze and forced me to quit because by quitting, I would lose all the balloons boosters 🎈 and help from Allen! I did all kind of things to keep the game alive but it was impossible. At the end I had to quit and lose everything from Allen. It’s obvious that this is a dirty trick that the Studio and their bots 🤖 play to me. 😡

King and the Studio need to do some good maintenance to their games. What is happening is not normal and we deserve honesty and clarity from King Studio.
