I am sorry but not as of yet. I know it is hard to not play Jelly. I play on my phone, if that is possible to do.

this is a known issue after the update so we're asking please be patient as we work hard to resolve this and get the game up and running properly for you ๐
Please please everyone, DO NOT uninstall your game. They are working on a fix. I am sorry you are having this problem, but we ask for your patience. ๐
Thanks for the reply. I think for many of the people who play on their computer it's an accessibility concern. Phones are too small for some visual impairments or for those with dexterity issues. This is the reason the switch away from landscape mode on one of their other games (Candy Crush Saga) meant it was no longer playable for some as well. If King is moving away from supporting anything other than phones, this will prevent many from being able to play their games. Phone screens are too small. Hoping it's just a glitch with Jelly Saga and people will be able to play again soon.

There are a few posts about this on the forum. If you are using Windows 10/11, there is some problem with the latest update of the game. Apparently they are working on it. Still works on phones, but if you want to use a computer or tablet, you're out of luck rn.
