Why am I not getting any lives sent to me even though I keep pushing send to a whole list of friends

It doesn't matter how many times I push send to a whole list of friends, I'm no longer getting any extra lives. I've tried disconnecting from Facebook and reconnecting to Facebook even though I'm logged into my king account

Only in FB can you join a group of players and add them. Unfortunately it doesn't work with the King account.Maybe the players don't play. Even if you press send often.

I have a long list of friends in my king account. I used to get more lives than I could even use, but now nothing!

Many players have stopped playing this game. In
the past, many more players played this game and thus sent lives. This
is the reason.π£ Come share your thoughts π

Something is definitely wrong, until about a week or so ago i was getting lives and sending lives to friends. Now it has just stopped working, never had an issue before.

Hi and welcome to the Jelly's. Have you tried a soft reset? Log out of your game (DO NOT delete the app, you will loose all of your boosters) let it sit a few seconds, then log back in with your email and password. See if that helpsπ

I have done everything to resolve the issue of sending and receiving lives. Something is not right with this and i give up trying. There is definitely a problem with the game and I hope my post will help. But for now i am deleting it because it is not fun anymore, it has become frustrating.

I am so sorry that you are not playing anymore. With the adding of friends we cannot do anything about that. Hopefully in time, there will be a way to add friends. π

I agree with @Spinnifix that many players stopped playing! They are in lists of friends, but they are inactive!
There are also plenty of people who are not interested in sending and receiving lives (me included)! The 5 lives I get look pretty enough for me and sometimes I do not spend them all because I do not play too much and too often! I also don't want to spend time sending lives etc, when I come to play, I only play! π

I read that there were translation problems, so I'm now posting in
English.
Last night I was thinking about the past and my friends list.
I had gotten a lot of lives and couldn't use them all because I was
getting through the levels much better than I am now.
Now I get 3-6 lives. it varies between devices. I get life on the
tablet and on the PC with the Jelly app I'm just sending. It's just a
player with the sent lives.
Unfortunately, there are big differences between the devices.
Yes, they all used to play and it became less and less. The reason is,
you see it when you play.Hope it helps!!
