I'm sorry your not receiving lives I totally understand how frustrating that is. I am in the same boat. I send but don't receive. The problem with this is, the only way to get lives is with fb friends the random selected friends from king are either not active anymore, have deleted accounts, or don't play much and don't send lives while in the game for a short time.
